Construction capable of withstanding cleaning with hot water

Fuji Manufacturing’s machinery is designed with hygiene and cleanliness in mind, and can withstand cleaning with hot water. Moreover, the roll guide uses a swivel-type mechanism.

Automatic noodle strip tension control

This machinery is capable of detecting the state of tension for noodle strips between rolls, and the position of the noodle strip is maintained through automatic adjustment of roll rotation at each stage.

Automatic noodle strip conveyor equipment

Automatic delivery and receipt of noodle strips is performed both at the start of production and when switching products. (This eliminates the danger of hands getting caught between rolls.)

Automatic roll gap setting equipment

A simple touch of a button on the machine’s touch panel screen allows roll gap settings that are normally performed manually. This also allows you to set data for different machines and automatically set roll gap values.

Noodle strip thickness gauge

This measures the thickness of the noodle strips that eventually generate from the roll. If a difference between the thickness of the noodle strip and the set value is detected, the machine automatically adjusts the gap between rolls.

Noodle strip contamination detection

This feature uses a camera to detect any contamination or foreign objects on the noodle strips, which it then automatically removes.
