The system is equipped with two units that remove, set, and seal cups in a single operation as part of a continuous process. The double-action system alternates between attachment and sealing and can produce high-speed sealing of 60 shots per minute and up to 480 portions in one ream.
The transport conveyor that carries loading pallets of cups containing noodles and the device for attaching seals to the cups are integrated within the same machine. The sealing machine’s heater head with integrated suction pad adsorbs each seal one at a time, while the other heater head adheres the seal to the cup.
Through the machine’s double-action mechanism that allows repeat alternating action, it can produce high-speed sealing of 60 shots per minute and up to 480 portions in one ream (8 lanes) (600 shots in 10 lanes and 720 shots in 12 lanes). Discharge of the cup following seal attachment is also linked to the conveyor and this continuous process leads to increased productivity. -Enhanced productivity of a single production line allows the number of lines normally used to be halved, significantly reducing the amount of installation space required.
-Enhanced productivity leads to reduced operating hours.
